The Anchor Inn at Lower Froyle closed last Saturday ready for a major refurbishment.
The handy pub with accommodation is close to the PW.
The plan was for the pub to reopen on Saturday 28 November for villagers to see the change but an earlier date now given for reopening is Tuesday 24 November. Expect the pub to be fully open at the start of December for Advent and Christmas and, of course, next summer.
